I understand that false or misleading information in my application may result in discontinuation of membership. All instructors will be required to apply for Recognition License for initial instructor certification. These licenses will expire after one year. Upon completion of a FIMA-sanctioned workshop, seminar, or course, members with Instructor Recognition Certificates may apply for FIMA Instructor Status.
